Privacy notice.
How we use the information you share through this website.
Who is responsible
Ignited Brands Ltd (company no. 16158376) is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Registered office: 16 Washington Street, Gainsborough, DN21 1DR. For privacy questions or requests, email info@ignitedbrands.co.uk or call 01522 369221.
What we collect and why
When you submit a quote, booking request or chat enquiry, we collect the contact details, business information, project notes, selected services and preferred appointment details you provide. The website chat uses preset guided responses; it is not an AI service and does not send your messages to an AI provider. If you choose to send us an enquiry through chat, the messages you choose to share and your contact details are stored with the enquiry so we can reply. We do not add you to a marketing list through these forms.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to your request and, where relevant, take steps at your request before entering a contract. We rely on the lawful basis of taking steps before a contract for prospective project discussions, and legitimate interests in responding to general questions and operating the enquiry service. We do not use these forms to add people to marketing lists.
Storage, recipients and retention
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosting database and are accessible through a restricted agency inbox. Our hosting provider processes information to operate the site. We retain enquiry information for up to 24 months after the last contact, then delete it unless it is needed for an active project, a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We review stored enquiries periodically.
Security and browser storage
We use essential security checks to reduce automated abuse. A short-lived security cookie protects form submissions. A temporary hashed network identifier is used for rate limiting. If you choose “Save draft”, the quote builder saves that draft on your device; you can remove it with “Clear draft”. Avoid saving personal details on a shared device.
Your choices
You can ask us for access to the information you supplied, to correct it or to delete it. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office about a data-protection concern.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics 4 is used only if you accept optional analytics. It helps us understand aggregate visits, traffic sources and which pages are useful so we can improve the website. The tag sends a page view when a page loads after acceptance and a single generate_lead event after a quote, booking or chat enquiry is successfully received. These events do not include your name, email address, telephone number, business name or message content. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies and identifiers. We process analytics data only with your consent. Your choice is stored in this browser so we can remember it. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection, but does not delete information already collected. Google Analytics user-level and event-level data is retained for up to 14 months, according to the property retention setting; aggregated reporting may be retained for longer under Google’s settings. Google processes the analytics data for this service; see Google’s privacy information.
